Heidi has specialised in practice strategy for barristers for over 10 years. Alongside creating Jurilogical, she has worked with Accenture, Deloitte and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. A fluent Russian speaker, she founded and ran a successful Russian language litigation support business for several years, after delivering legal reform projects in the former Soviet Union on behalf of the Foreign Office.

She is a graduate of Durham University and the London School of Economics, with a Graduate Diploma in Law from City Law School, and is a bestselling business author on the subject of psychometric testing.
